The forthcoming "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" picture picture Ningbo, as a famous historical and cultural city in the country, has been famous in China for its history. Located in the center of Ningbo, Tianyi Pavilion is the earliest private collection in China. Recently, the Jinbao reporter learned from the Tianyige Museum that Tianyigezang "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" will be officially published and meet with the majority of Ningbo citizens. Witness the 300,000 volumes of ancient books in the Tianyi Pavilion Museum of Tianyi Pavilion. Among them, there are more than 80,000 volumes of rare books. One of the essences of the collection is the local history of the Ming Dynasty. Most of these local chronicles have become the ancestors of the local books. "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" is one of the most representative ones. In the history of Ningbo, as early as in the Tang Dynasty, there was the "Mingzhou Tujing", but unfortunately it has not existed in the world. The "Si Ming and Six Zhi" in the Song and Yuan Dynasties was a masterpiece of the early Chronicles of China, and was well-known as Zhilin. In the Ming Dynasty, the tradition of Ningbo people practicing local history was passed down. According to the literature and history experts of the Tianyi Pavilion Museum, there are ten volumes of "Ningbo County Records" by Zhang Shuxiu, and five volumes of "Ningbo House Brief Records" by Huang Runyu and Cheng Jingzhe, Zhang Shiche, etc. Forty-two volumes of "Ningbo Fuzhi" by Xiu Xiu. Among them, "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" has the most complete materials and the most detailed examples, and is the representative work of the local Ming Dynasty Ming Dynasty. Regarding the forthcoming "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi", there are two key figures that have to be mentioned. One of them is Zhou Xizhe, the chief of the ambition, and Weiyuan, a native of Sichuan. As the forty-fourth prefect of Ningbo in the Ming Dynasty, he made many contributions to the development of Ningbo at that time. According to "Zhejiang Tongzhi" records: Zhou Xizhe repairs the county "Dongjin pontoon" and "Tianfeng Tower". The original site of “Dongjin Floating Bridge” is located at the Lingqiao location today. The second is Zhang Shiche, the editor-in-chief of (Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi, whose character Wei Jing, No. Dongsha, Jixian County, Jiajing two years (1523), the scholar in the examination, the official to the Nanjing Military Department Shangshu and Fan Qin, Tu Dashan On the last time, Wen Bing, known as the "three sea horses in the East China Sea." In the thirty-four years of Jiajing, Zhang Shiche returned to his hometown. Four years later, he was invited by Zhou Xizhe to be the editor of the government. The (Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi system records the literatures of the geography, bureaucracy, imperial examination, education, urban construction, hukou, servitude, property, art, defense, celebrities, scholars, etc. of the Ningbo government in the Ming Dynasty. Especially worthy of attention is that the volume of the 22nd "Sea Defence" is quite distinctive. The southeast coast of the Ming Dynasty has been invaded by shackles for a long time. This volume describes the anti-crime events in Ningbo in the early and middle periods of the Ming Dynasty, and the targeted adjustments made by Ningbo’s military and political affairs during the Jiajing period. It shows the modern Ningbo people the historical facts of Ningbo’s aggression in the Ming Dynasty. The full picture of the war of resistance. The efforts of many parties to return to Tianyige for the study of the historical facts of all aspects of Ningbo in the Ming Dynasty (Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi, once hidden in the Fan's Tianyi Pavilion, later unfortunately scattered. Tianyige experts in the history of literature told reporters that the thirty-seventh volume of the "Zhejing" Ningbo Fuzhi is donated to Mr. Zhang Mengqi. Zhang Mengqi, born in Zhangshi, Chongbentang, Langguan Lane, Ji County, is a descendant of Zhang and a famous entrepreneur in modern Ningbo. The Zhang family was the name of Ningbo in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. There were many famous ministers such as Guangxu Emperor Zhang Jiaxuan, and his family operated in Ningbo with Zhang Xinmao Sauce Garden and Tongliyuan Oil Mill. In the spring of 1965, Mr. Luo Zhaoping from Tianyige went to the west to investigate the cultural relics. In the loft of a public house in Langguan, he found several bookcases. There was Ming Jiajing’s original book, “Ningbo Fuzhi”, and later learned that these books were Zhang. The remains of his family have been dusty for many years. Soon, on behalf of the Zhang family, Mr. Zhang Mengqi generously included 138 species, 139, 1,392, 3,800 ancient books containing this set of "Ningbo Fuzhi". More than one hundred and seven volumes were donated to Tianyi Pavilion. The story of "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" has not yet ended. After the reform and opening up, in order to supplement Qizhishu, Tianyige comrades rushed around and visited the book. After several years of visits, in 1980, I learned that the Zhejiang Library had a missing part of the Tianji Pavilion in (Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi, so I asked Mr. Nanbao Guibaochu to make a copy, copy the size of the book and the size of the book. According to the original book, two volumes will be booked. As for the importance of "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi", experts said: It is a very important material in Ningbo's local history. There is only one Tianyi Pavilion in Ningbo. Many places in Ningbo in the middle and late Ming Dynasty depend on this. The value is immeasurable. What is even more touching is that in the hundreds of years after the publication of "Jiajing" Ningbo Fuzhi, it was once lost and the trace was difficult. After the Ningbo Zhishi Renren and experts, scholars, and the cultural relay of the book collection and book protection of the Zhedong collectors, the 42 volumes of "(Jiajing) Ningbo Fuzhi" will be returned to Tianyi Pavilion.
